The Evian Championship was founded as the Evian Masters in 1994 and was part of the European Ladies Tour until becoming part of the LPGA Tour in 2000. The tournament became the fifth women’s Major in 2013.

Held at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains,France, close to Switzerland, the course overlooks Lake Geneva. Now hekd in July each year, it is the penultimate Major of the season.

Following a sponsorship deal with the Paris-based asset management company Amundi in 2021, it is currently known as the Amundi Evian Championship.

NOTE: All the information below is correct up to an including the 2025 event and, unless otherwise stated, all golfers are from the USA. Apart from the list of Most Wins, all the lists below are for the period since the Evian has been a Major.
