Nick Dunlap, Tom Kim and Tiger Woods all won two PGA Tour events before their 21st birthdays, while Dunlap holds the distinction of being the last amateur, in 2024, to win on the Tour.

In 2019 Chile's Joaquin Niemann became the youngest non-USA golfer to win on the US Tour since Scottish-born Clarence Hackney, winner of the 1923 Philadelphia Open.
